Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 is a little bit better than the Galaxy A8 Star, getting a overall score of 84.3 against 82.1. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has the older 14 version and Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 body is a lot newer and much thinner than the Galaxy A8 Star's, although it's also somewhat heavier.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has a lot better display than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a way better resolution of 2224 x 2488, a just a bit better pixels number per inch in the display and a bigger screen. The Galaxy A8 Star has a much faster processor than Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory. Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 features a very superior battery life than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a 38 percent greater battery size.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 also has a lot bigger back camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs, a back camera with lot more mega pixels and a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
