The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is better than the Galaxy A7, having an 83.7 score against 75.4. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has the previous 10 version while Galaxy A7 has Android 4.4.4 version. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 design is incredibly newer, but notably thicker and way heavier than the Galaxy A7.
