Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto Z4 has 10 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Moto Z4 is a newer cellphone, and it is also a bit thinner and a little lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2.

Motorola Moto Z4 has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has just a little better battery life than Moto Z4, because it has a 4070mAh battery capacity.
