Galaxy S23 Ultra has a general score of 81.5, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note 2's 76 global score. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the older 13 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Galaxy S23 Ultra's construction is much lighter but somewhat thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a much faster CPU than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has 4 lesser cpu cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory.
