Comparison review
The Galaxy A12 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, getting an 80.3 score against 75.3. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A12 has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Galaxy A12 design is a lot newer than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3's, but it's thicker and noticeably heavier.
The Galaxy A12 features a CPU that is very similar to the processor in Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although the Galaxy A12 has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has a brighter screen than Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
Galaxy A12 features much more memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB. The Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures or video in low light situations, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also counts with a camera with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution.
