The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has a general score of 81, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3's score of 75.3. Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro's construction is just a little thinner but heavier than the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and both of them were released only a few months apart. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
