The Huawei P20 has an overall score of 78.1, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note Pro's 75.3 overall score. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei P20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has Android 5.0, so it gives you some extra features and performance optimizations.
The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro counts with a bit more powerful processor than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same RAM amount and 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro also has an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bits CPU.
