Galaxy On8 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi-Two, getting a general score of 70.1 against 63.7. Galaxy On8 is a heavier but much thinner device than Xiaomi Mi-Two. These phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy On8 has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Xiaomi Mi-Two has Android 4.1 version, so it gives you some additional features.

Samsung Galaxy On8 shoots clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi-Two, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy On8 also has a bigger aperture for better low-light captures and videos and a back-facing camera with a way better 13 mega-pixels resolution.
