Xiaomi Mi-Two Review

Xiaomi Mi-Two is an amazing Android phone, provisioned with a high-tech Quad-Core processing unit clocking at 1.5 GHz, a medium sized 4.3" screen, and 2 cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 2 MP front-facing camera.

Whereas this device is slim and comfortable it's not as slim as many other cellphones you can find, with a thickness of 0.4". Although this cellphone is just 4.96" long, it is still able to fit a a 4.3 inches screen. Apparently Xiaomi decided not to care so much about the weight in this 5.11 ounces phone.

Xiaomi designed this device with an awesome 4.3 inches display, and a 1280 x 720 (HD) resolution, making everything look absolutely perfect. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This cellphone ships with a very fast 1.5 gigahertz Quad-Core CPU, bundled in a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 chip and a big 2 GB RAM. Graphic intensive games and applications generally consume a lot of CPU time, so the Xiaomi Mi-Two has an additional 400 megahertz Adreno 320 GPU to help handle those graphic tasks. This phone has a 16 GB quite big internal storage and even though it doesn't include an SD card slot, it is enough to store hundreds of apps and games, but it might not be suitable if you are planning to install some of the largest games currently available or taking tons of pictures and videos.

This phone includes wifi connection (but it can't provide it to other devices as a mobile hotspot), 4G (HSPA+) internet connection, that is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and 3G fast data connection, over HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The Xiaomi Mi-Two uses a SIM card for GSM networks.

This phone features two cameras, an 8 megapixels back-facing camera and a 2 mega-pixels front-facing camera. This cellphone also films videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 frames per second, and slow motion videos in (HD) (1280x720) at 90 fps (3 times slower than normal videos). In addition, the camera counts with flash and auto-focus.

This phone also comes with a few cool characteristics such as Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth devices and accessories) and GPS, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This device counts with a 2000 mAh mid capacity battery that can keep it running for some hours, although you will find yourself looking for a place to charge it after some moderate to heavy usage.

This phone costs about 280 dollars, which is a very high price for comparing with similar phones. It doesn't matter whether you need a phone for gaming, want a work phone, you love taking photographs or want this cellphone mainly for internet broswing and social networks, you will definitely love this phone.
