HTC One (E8) Review

HTC One (E8) is a brilliantly made Android cellphone released in 2014, packing a high performance 2300 MHz Quad-Core CPU, a good size 5" multi touch capacitive display, a 13 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 5 MP front camera. That's everything we have to say? Not at all, it's only the introduction of this in-depth review.

HTC made a very good job making this cellphone weight just 5.11 ounces. HTC is offering the HTC One (E8) in a wide range of color variations like gray, blue, red and white. Regarding its design, this cellphone is mostly manufactured with Polycarbonate. This phone is just 0.39" thick, making its way into the thinnest cellphones podium. Though the HTC One (E8) is just 5.76 inches long, it is still able to fit a a 5 inches screen.

This cellphone has an astonishing 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) 5-inches display, giving this phone a great graphic quality.

HTC decided to equip this cellphone using an extremely fast Quad-Core CPU running at 2300 MHz, bundled in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chip and a big 2 GB of RAM memory. Helping with graphic rendering, it also uses an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit working at 450 MHz. This cellphone comes with a 16 GB interesting internal storage memory and an external SD slot, which allows the user to install hundreds of games and apps without any trouble.

This phone has two cameras, a 13 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 5 MP front facing camera. This device can also shoot videos in Full HD 1920x1080. Additionally, the camera counts with a couple of nice features like flash, auto-focus and geo tagging.

The HTC One (E8) features a 2600 mAh amazing Li-Polymer non-removable battery that can keep it running for many hours without charging it at all. An issue to consider is that the HTC One (E8)'s battery is not removable so you won't be able to replace it when it begins to lose capacity, though with so much capacity you will probably discard this phone before that happens.

The HTC One (E8) includes Wi-Fi connection (but it can't share it with other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot), LTE 4G fast connection type and also HSPA+ data connection, that is a lower speed 4G network and 3G fast data connection, using HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This phone has 2 Nano SIM cards so it's able to work with two different phone lines.

This phone also comes with a couple of interesting features such as NFC, Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth devices, computers, and accessories) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Barometer and Compass.

This cellphone is priced around 265 dollars, quite a high price for comparing with other similar phones. No matter if you want a cellphone to mostly use social networks and internet browsing, will use it as a gamer phone, are looking for a cellphone for work or want this phone to take lots of photos, you will definitely be very happy with this phone.
