Apple iPhone 5 Review

Apple iPhone 5 is a high-level phone launched in September 2012, with an extremely powerful 1.3 GHz Dual-Core CPU, a medium 4" multi-touch capacitive screen, and 2 cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 1.2 mega-pixels front-facing camera.

This phone has a wonderful design, with a thickness of just 0.3". Regarding its design, this cellphone is mainly built with Aluminium, which gives it a quality design. Apple didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 3.95 oz cellphone. Apple made the Apple iPhone 5available only in two color options: black and white.

Apple packed this device with a high-tech 4" screen, and a 1136 x 640 resolution, which makes everything look absolutely great. This screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, with a very high 500 candela/m² brightness and allows multi-touch gestures.

Apple decided to power this phone with a very powerful 1.3 gigahertz Dual-Core CPU, included in an Apple A6 system chip with only 1016 MB RAM memory which is a little bit poor for such a great phone. The Apple iPhone 5 comes with a 16 GB quite big internal storage and although it doesn't count with an external memory slot, it is enough to install a couple hundred apps and games, although it may not be enough if you are planning to install some of the heaviest games available nowadays or taking tons of pictures and videos.

This cellphone provides wifi connectivity (which it can share with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot), LTE 4G fast connection and also HSPA+ internet connection, a bit slower 4G variation and fast 3G connectivity, over HSDPA, UMTS, EV-DO A, EV-DO B and EDGE technologies. The iPhone 5 works with a Nano SIM card for GSM connection and it can work with both CDMA and GSM.

The iPhone 5 features two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 1.2 megapixels front camera. It also captures videos in Full HD 1920x1080 at 30 frames per second. In addition, this phone's camera also has a large number of useful characteristics like flash, auto-focus, face detection shooting, digital image stabilization, HDR mode, geo tagging and time lapse video.

This device has a 1440 mAh medium Li-Polymer non-replaceable battery that can keep it running for many hours, although you will need to charge it even after moderate usage. Apple informs a stand by time of 225 hs and a talk time of 8 hours for this phone.
