Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s is slightly better than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, with an 88 score against 80.5. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Galaxy M31s has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has Android 9.0 Pie. The Galaxy M31s construction is newer, but just a little heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro.
Galaxy M31s features just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro. Both of them have 8 cores and a 6 GB RAM. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro and Galaxy M31s have very similar screens, because although the Galaxy M31s has a little worse pixels density, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a very superior storage for applications and games than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M31s has a very superior battery lifetime than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Galaxy M31s shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy M31s also has a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a lot higher 64 megapixels resolution.
