The Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Google Pixel XL, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores.
The Google Pixel XL counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better pixels density. The Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro counts with a much longer battery performance than Google Pixel XL, because it has a 50% bigger battery size.
