Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max has a general score of 93.2, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1's score of 85.5. The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max design is notably newer and thinner, but notably heavier than Xiaomi Pocophone F1. The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max counts with a faster processing unit than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has 2 lesser CPU cores and less RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processor.
IPhone 12 Pro Max counts with a much better screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has much more display brightness, a better resolution of 1284 x 2778 pixels, a quite bigger screen and a just a bit higher pixel number in each inch in the screen. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features a slightly better camera than Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the same 60 fps video frame rates and a same resolution back-facing camera.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games than iPhone 12 Pro Max, because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB and 256 GB internal storage. Although Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Pocophone F1. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, letting go some features and specifications.
