Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a little bit better than Google Pixel 2 XL, having a global score of 85.5 against 82.5. Xiaomi Pocophone F1's body is newer than Google Pixel 2 XL's, but it's thicker and just a little heavier. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features a little bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also has 4 GB more RAM.
The Google Pixel 2 XL has a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a higher amount of pixels per inch in the display. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB and 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 captures a little bit better videos and photos than Google Pixel 2 XL, because although it has a less mega pixels resolution back camera, a lower 3840x2160 video resolution and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking photographs and videos in low-light environments, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with just a bit better battery duration than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has a 14 percent larger battery size.
Although Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 2 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 2 XL. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Pocophone F1, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 2 XL, resigning some features and specs.
