Google Pixel 4a 5G is a bit better than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, getting a global score of 87.5 against 85.5. The Google Pixel 4a 5G body is way newer, a little thinner and a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a little bit better performance than Google Pixel 4a 5G, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Google Pixel 4a 5G, although it has a just a little lower pixel density and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2246 pixels, they both have a same size display. The Google Pixel 4a 5G's camera is just as good as Xiaomi Pocophone F1's camera, and although the Google Pixel 4a 5G has a more mega-pixels camera and a larger aperture for better low-light photos and video, they both have the same (4K) video definition, a same size sensor and the same video frame rates.

Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with just a bit better battery duration than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although Google Pixel 4a 5G is a better device, it is more expensive than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Pocophone F1. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Pocophone F1, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
