Comparison review
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a bit better than the LG G8X ThinQ, having a overall score of 85.5 against 82.7. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is an older and just a little bit thicker phone than the LG G8X ThinQ, but Xiaomi managed to make it just a bit lighter anyway. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with a bit sharper screen than LG G8X ThinQ, although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2246 resolution, a quite smaller display and a quite lower pixels amount in each display inch.
The LG G8X ThinQ features just a bit more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. LG G8X ThinQ's CPU is very similar to the CPU in Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although the LG G8X ThinQ has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 and the LG G8X ThinQ both count with incredibly similar batteries. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 captures slightly better photographs and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light captures, they both have the same video frame rates, a same resolution back facing camera, a 0.39 inches sensor and the same video quality.
Although Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G8X ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G8X ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G8X ThinQ, letting go some specifications.
