The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A40, getting an 85.5 score against 79.6. Although it's the best in this review, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a thicker and heavier device than the Samsung Galaxy A40. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A40, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2246px and a little inferior number of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a little larger display.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Galaxy A40, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 256 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a bit superior processor than Galaxy A40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a much worse resolution back facing camera and a tinier camera aperture, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a lot better 3840x2160 video definition.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features longer battery life than Galaxy A40, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3100mAh.
