The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is much better than Xiaomi Pocophone F1's 85.5 general score. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is newer and a bit thinner, but also somewhat heavier than Xiaomi Pocophone F1. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a little larger display, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and a bit better pixel density.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a little bit more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has an external SD slot that admits 744 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB more internal memory. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little better processing power than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a way better camera than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a much better 7680x4320 video quality, a bigger camera aperture, a lot larger sensor providing a much better image quality and a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Pocophone F1. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
