Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, getting a general score of 98 against 85.5. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a somewhat heavier cellphone than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, but both are equally thin. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a better display density, a higher 1440 x 3200px resolution and a little bit bigger display. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features slightly more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB against 1000 GB, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
