Comparison review
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a little bit better than the Galaxy S5, getting an 85.5 score against 80.8. Even though the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is noticeably newer than the Galaxy S5, it is somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a greater number of cores.
Galaxy S5 features a brighter screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has a little bit worse 1920 x 1080px resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a better screen density. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 takes clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has a back facing camera with a way lower resolution and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low light captures and videos and a bigger sensor providing a better image quality.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S5, because it has a 43% more battery capacity.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 costs a little more than Samsung Galaxy S5, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
