Xperia 1 III is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, getting a general score of 93.3 against 85.5. Even though Xperia 1 III is a little bit heavier than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, it's just a little thinner and a lot newer. The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a quite larger screen, a much better amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution. Sony Xperia 1 III takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although they both have a 12 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has better 120 frames per second video frame rate, a bigger aperture and a lot larger back camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality.
The Sony Xperia 1 III has more memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1 TB. Xperia 1 III counts with a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a 13% bigger battery capacity.
Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Pocophone F1. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Pocophone F1, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
