Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a general score of 85.5, which is better than the Xperia Z5's 77.6 general score. Even though Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a lot newer than the Xperia Z5, it is thicker and somewhat heavier. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features just a little better processing power than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also counts with 5 GB more RAM memory.
Xperia Z5 features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per display inch. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has more internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that admits up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 counts with a much better battery life than Xperia Z5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh. Xperia Z5 counts with a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture, a camera with a much better resolution and a larger sensor taking higher quality pictures and videos.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a bit more expensive than Xperia Z5, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
