The OnePlus 8 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, getting a 76 score against 71.7. OnePlus 8 is a newer and somewhat thinner phone than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, although it's also somewhat heavier. OnePlus 8 counts with a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 also has more RAM.
The OnePlus 8 counts with a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has a just a little worse pixel count per inch of screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a bigger display. OnePlus 8 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage.
OnePlus 8 counts with a way better camera than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a bigger aperture to take better photos in poorly lited environments, a way more MP camera and a way better (4K) video definition.
