OnePlus 8 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi 6, having a 76 score against 72.5. OnePlus 8 is a heavier but a bit thinner phone than Xiaomi Redmi 6. OnePlus 8 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi 6, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 also has a larger amount of RAM.
OnePlus 8 counts with a much sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi 6, because it has more pixels per inch of display, a bigger screen and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Xiaomi Redmi 6 counts with slightly more storage to install games and applications than OnePlus 8, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 256 GB.
OnePlus 8 shoots much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi 6, because it has a larger camera aperture, a way higher (4K) video resolution and a lot more MP back facing camera.
