Sony Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi 6, getting a score of 79.6 against 72.5. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Sony Xperia XZ3 body is thicker and noticeably heavier than Xiaomi Redmi 6. Sony Xperia XZ3 works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while Xiaomi Redmi 6 comes with Android operating system.
The Xperia XZ3 counts with a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi 6. Both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. Sony Xperia XZ3 has a lot better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi 6, because it has a little bigger display, a lot better number of pixels per screen inch and a way better resolution of 1440 x 2880.
Xperia XZ3 has a slightly better memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi 6, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xperia XZ3 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
