Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 5 is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, having a general score of 84.7 against 78.2. The Asus ROG Phone 5 body is heavier and a little thicker than Xiaomi Redmi 9T. The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a much better display than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a just a little lower display pixels density, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2448 pixels resolution and a little larger screen. Asus ROG Phone 5 has a superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality, a much better 7680x4320 video resolution and a camera with a way higher 64 megapixels resolution.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T has more memory for applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 5, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB. Asus ROG Phone 5's battery performance is just as good as the battery performance in Xiaomi Redmi 9T.
