The Galaxy A60 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, having a overall score of 82.3 against 78.2. Although Galaxy A60 is older than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T, it's design is lighter and thinner. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A60 has the newer 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi 9T has Android 10, so it gives a lot of extra features and performance improvements.
