Apple iPhone 7 Plus is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, getting a general score of 83.8 against 82.4. Even though the Apple iPhone 7 Plus is incredibly older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, it's body is a little lighter and just a little thinner. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro counts with a bit faster CPU than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a slightly better looking display than iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a little bit inferior pixel quantity in each inch in the display, it also counts with a bigger display, a way brighter display and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution. Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with a quite bigger memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a way better battery duration than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a 5020mAh battery size. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro counts with a much better camera than iPhone 7 Plus, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and video, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro also counts with a way more mega-pixels back facing camera.

So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy iPhone 7 Plus, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, letting go a couple specs and features.
