Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a global score of 82.4, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A12's 80.3 general score. Even though the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro and Samsung Galaxy A12 were only released with a couple months difference, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is just a little lighter and a little bit thinner. Both phones we compare here have Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro has a newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy A12 has Android 10 version, so it gives some extra features and optimized performance.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A12, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro counts with a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy A12, because it has a way better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a little bit bigger screen and a better pixel number in each inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro captures much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has a lot more mega pixels back facing camera, a larger aperture and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution. Galaxy A12 has a quite bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy A12 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1 TB.
Samsung Galaxy A12 has a battery performance that's very similar to Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro's battery duration, although the Samsung Galaxy A12 has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
