Comparison review
Sony Xperia 5 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, having a score of 81 against 78.3. Sony Xperia 5 is an older phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, but it is just a bit lighter and just a bit thinner anyway. Xperia 5 features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia 5 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 counts with a little bit better screen than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little bit lower screen density, it also counts with a bit bigger display. Xperia 5 counts with a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB, the Xperia 5 also has more internal storage.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 features a superior battery performance than Xperia 5, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 features a bit better camera than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light photography, it also counts with a way better 48 MP resolution back facing camera and a lot bigger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
Although Xperia 5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Xperia 5, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, resigning a couple features and specs.
