Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, getting a score of 82.1 against 77.1. Galaxy A8 Star is a just a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS, but the Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G has Android 11 version, offering a couple additional features.
