Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a general score of 84.7, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's 75.7 score. Despite being the best in this comparison, we must highlight that it's also an older, a lot thicker and incredibly heavier cellphone. Asus ROG Phone 5 features just a bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same pixel density, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has more brightness, a little bigger screen and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2448.

The Asus ROG Phone 5 takes slightly better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor taking less light and washed colors, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better photos in low light situations, a lot higher 64 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a lot better video quality.
