Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a global score of 84.2, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's overall score of 75.7. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's body is newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's, although it is thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has newer 14 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a quite worse pixels number per inch of display, and they both have the same 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also counts with a quite larger display and a really brighter display.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also has 10 GB more RAM. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal memory.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has just a bit longer battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because it has a 10 percent greater battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have a F1.9 aperture, the same back-facing camera sensor size and a 50 MP resolution back camera, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also has a way better video resolution.
