Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having a score of 82.1 against 75.7. Both phones we are comparing here work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A8 Star has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version, so it counts with a lot of extra features and improved performance. Even though Galaxy A8 Star is way older and a little heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's design is still a little bit thinner.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, a little bit bigger screen and a little bit greater pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a very superior processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. Both have 6 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores.
