Comparison review
The Galaxy M30s is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having a overall score of 83.3 against 75.7. Even being the best in our current comparison, it must be told that it's also a lot older, somewhat thicker and just a little bit heavier. Both devices in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M30s has older 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version.
The Samsung Galaxy M30s features a much better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M30s, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bigger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy M30s features a greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro shoots slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy M30s, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better images in poorly lited situations, a back camera with more megapixels and a much bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Galaxy M30s counts with improved battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
