Galaxy S4 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, having a 77.3 score against 70. Galaxy S4's body is way lighter and just a bit thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, although it was released many years before. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S4 has an older 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has Android 5.1.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also counts with a quite greater pixel density. The Galaxy S4 features just a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a higher number of cores.
The Galaxy S4 counts with a very superior storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S4 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 64 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 counts with a much better battery life than Galaxy S4, because it has a 54 percent larger battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same video resolution, a 13 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and the same diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 also has better 120 fps video frame rate.
The Galaxy S4 costs a little more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
