Huawei P20 has a general score of 78.1, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's overall score of 74.1. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat version, so it offers some extra features. The Huawei P20 is a a bit thinner cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, but they weight the same.
The Huawei P20 has a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cores.
