Comparison review
The OnePlus 8 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, getting a global score of 76 against 74.1. OnePlus 8 is a newer and just a little thinner phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, although it's just a little heavier. OnePlus 8 features a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 8 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The OnePlus 8 has just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a lot brighter screen, a larger screen, a quite higher display density and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. The OnePlus 8 has a bit bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage.
OnePlus 8 captures way better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a much higher (4K) video definition, a larger aperture for better low light captures and videos and a much more mega pixels camera. The OnePlus 8 features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4100mAh.
Although OnePlus 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
