Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, with a general score of 79.3 against 74.1. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has older 5.1 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s body is somewhat thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, although it was released around a year before.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 counts with a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 also has 7 more cores. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a higher screen density, a better 2560 x 1440px resolution and a little bit bigger screen.
Galaxy S6 edge+ features a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, because it has a lot higher 3840x2160 video definition, a back-facing camera with more MP and a bigger aperture for better low-light photos and videos. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 edge+, otherwise you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, resigning some specs and features.
