Galaxy M31s is way better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, having a global score of 88 against 71.8. The Galaxy M31s body is much newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31s has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
