Comparison review
The Xperia 5 is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, getting a overall score of 81 against 71.8. Xperia 5 is a notably newer cellphone, and it's also just a little lighter and just a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. Sony Xperia 5 has a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 5 also has more RAM.
Xperia 5 has a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2520px, a bit larger screen and a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. Xperia 5 features much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB.
The Sony Xperia 5 counts with just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has a lesser mega-pixels camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture and a way better (4K) video quality. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia 5, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, resigning some features and specifications.
