Xiaomi Mi 5s has an overall score of 76.4, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X's 71.8 overall score. Both of these devices have the same Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS (Operating System). The Xiaomi Mi 5s is a a little thinner and somewhat lighter cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, although both of them were released only a couple months apart.
