IPhone XS Max is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, getting an 84.5 score against 75.8. The iPhone XS Max construction is just a little bit thinner but somewhat heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and they were released only a couple months apart. IPhone XS Max has a brighter display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a quite better pixel density, a better 1242 x 2688px resolution and a little bigger display.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than iPhone XS Max, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 128 GB. The iPhone XS Max counts with a superior processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has lesser processing cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processor.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone XS Max, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. The iPhone XS Max takes much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the iPhone XS Max also has a much higher video resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better images and video in poorly lited situations.
