Comparison review
Galaxy Note9 has an overall score of 87.1, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's general score of 75.8. Even being the best in this review, Galaxy Note9's body is somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a little larger display, a better 1440 x 2960 resolution and more pixels per display inch.
The Galaxy Note9 features just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Both have 8 processing cores and the same RAM amount. The Galaxy Note9 features much more memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB and more internal memory.
The Galaxy Note9 captures much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 12 MP resolution, the Galaxy Note9 also has a way larger camera aperture for better photos and video in low light situations and a much better 3840x2160 video definition.
Samsung Galaxy Note9's battery lifetime is just as good as Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's battery performance.
