Comparison review
Galaxy A7 (2018) is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, with an 84.2 score against 74.4. Even though Galaxy A7 (2018) and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 were released only 8 months apart, Galaxy A7 (2018) is just a little lighter and a bit thinner. The Galaxy A7 (2018) features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Galaxy A7 (2018) also has a just a little higher pixels count in each inch in the display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2220px resolution.
The Galaxy A7 (2018) has a very superior memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 512 GB and more internal storage. The Galaxy A7 (2018) counts with a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy A7 (2018) also has more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) also has a way larger diafragm aperture and a way better 24 mega-pixels resolution camera.
