Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, with an 81.5 score against 74.4. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has 13 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a lighter but just a bit thicker phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 counts with a much greater hardware performance than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
