The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8, having a 77.2 score against 76. Despite being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is an older, a bit thicker and just a little bit heavier phone than the OnePlus 8. OnePlus 8 has a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 8 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The OnePlus 8 counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a little higher pixels density, a little larger display, way more brightness and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features just a bit more memory to install games and applications than OnePlus 8, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 256 GB.
OnePlus 8 has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has an 8 percent larger battery capacity. The OnePlus 8 captures much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a way better (4K) video definition, a camera in the back with much more mega pixels, a way bigger sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos and videos.
