Comparison review
Galaxy S6 edge+ is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, with a 79.3 score against 77.2. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S6 edge+ has the older 5.1 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Galaxy S6 edge+'s construction is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, although it was released 3 years before.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel count per inch of screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features longer battery duration than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a smaller sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a back facing camera with way more MP and a way better video resolution.
