Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 5 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, with an 84.7 score against 80.3. Even though Asus ROG Phone 5 is way newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, it is a lot thicker and much heavier. The Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a just a bit lower amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels and a quite bigger display. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a superior storage for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 5, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a way better battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 4000mAh. Asus ROG Phone 5 captures better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a bigger sensor taking better quality photos and videos, a much better video definition and a camera with way more mega pixels.
